Constantly adhering to the principle of "human-oriented" and "guided by science and technology", the company has established Weihai Enterprise Technology Center, with 2 patents and 20 technicians for now. Among these technicians, there are 17 full-time R&D professionals, accounting for 20% of the total number of employees. And there are 10 professionals with middle-level/senior titles and master's degree or above, accounting for 58.8% of the total number of full-time R&D professionals. The company firmly grasps the market orientation of medical and food gelatin, and promotes the healthy and rapid development of enterprises. At present, the company's research projects include the development project of heat-stable fish-derived collagen based on protease chain enzyme system shearing technology and the key technology R&D project of seaweed capsule stabilization. These projects are cooperated with Shandong University.
